– The user inserts the advertisement for his projects on our platform after registering his required data and selecting his desired package, with the need to provide the mobile phone number and e-mail.
– The advertiser must categorize his advertisement and publish his project data in the project department on our platform.
– You must write a title for the advertisement, describe the project, its value for sale, and add pictures or data about the project correctly. The advertiser is also obligated that the advertised project is real and existing.
– The advertiser must be the owner of the project or an official authorized person for it.
-It is prohibited to publish advertisements for the sale of any materials or projects that violate the laws, order and public morals in the State of Kuwait and the country of the advertisement originator.
-It is prohibited to publish advertisements containing words or images that violate public morals or are illegal, as well as any advertisement that aims to defame or offend governments, public institutions, people or any entity.
-It is prohibited to publish advertisements that violate the laws in the State of Kuwait, especially Law No. 63 of 2015 regarding combating cybercrime.
– It is prohibited to publish any fake ads, and the advertiser alone bears any civil or penal legal accountability as a result of the content of his advertisement published in Dar Al Banat Website without any accountability towards us regarding that.
– Dar Al Banat administration reserves the right to ban any advertisements, data or phone number for the user of the application in abuse or harm to others, or if the application is used for purposes in violation of public laws and regulations.
– Users of the platform must respect browsers and other users and not be subjected to any abuse or harm.
– The user is prohibited from booking ads for the purpose of selling them to another party without our consent to do so.
– The user of Dar Al Banat platform bears any legal liability or any compensation or any legal liability as a result of using the platform in violation of the law or causing harm to others without the slightest liability towards us.

– Dar Al Banat’s management has the right to block any user who posts a violating advertisement or adds offensive comments to others in private messages or by posting on the platform, and the platform management has the right to prevent the violator from using the platform temporarily or permanently.
- Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Dar Al Banat Website and services, and in the materials published on it (excluding your advertising contributions). These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.
